  • 1 Repair per device per month on bronze and silver packages.
  • Accidental Cover only which does not include loss or theft.
  • The device must be registered with us 14 days prior to the claim.
  • Weekly and monthly cleans and diagnostic are not mandatory but can keep the device running efficiently.
  • Battery health checks are included in your weekly and monthly cleans and diagnostic.
  • Discounts apply to both in-store and online.
  • Call-outs charges are waived with memberships.
  • You will be given a dedicated emergency contact number for call out and 24 hour support on applicable memberhsips.
