- 1 Repair per device per month on bronze and silver packages.
- Accidental Cover only which does not include loss or theft.
- The device must be registered with us 14 days prior to the claim.
- Weekly and monthly cleans and diagnostic are not mandatory but can keep the device running efficiently.
- Battery health checks are included in your weekly and monthly cleans and diagnostic.
- Discounts apply to both in-store and online.
- Call-outs charges are waived with memberships.
- You will be given a dedicated emergency contact number for call out and 24 hour support on applicable memberhsips.
